Re-opening Friday 3rd December under RED TRAFFIC LIGHT

To open and provide a safe training space for you, we just have a few things we ask of you to help us reopen smoothly:

To operate optimally at Covid-19 Protection Framework (traffic lights) Swish Factory will be requiring all eligible athletes and staff to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 prior before entering the facilities.

Here’s what YOU need to do:

Make sure you download your 'MY VACCINE PASS’. This is the only one we are able to accept. You can print it, but we need to scan the QR code on the Covid Verifier app.

Once you are scanned in and verified you have the choice of allowing us to TICK your vaccination status in our system next to your name which means you will not need to show us again until it expires OR scan your QR code each visit.

You may be asked for a photo ID for any casual visitors - maybe keep a digital copy of your Driver's License in your phone where you store your cards for easy access.

Under the Red-Light system, the Government says masks are recommended upon entry - but not required while exercising.

To Speed up entry :

If you are comfortable with sending your pass in prior to opening - This will help speed up the entry process for YOU.

Download your MY VACCINE PASS - From the Ministry of Health website
Save ‘PDF’ of pass with QR code.
Email your Pass to karl@theswishfactory.com
We will manually scan these using the ‘NZ PASS VERIFIER’ App - provided by the Ministry of Health
We will record that we have scanned and verified the pass / expiration date on your personal membership account.
We will not store any copy of your pass or QR code on our system
We will just ‘Tick’ that your pass has been verified by the Team.

Therefore, each consecutive visit - you will not be required to show your pass.

One really important note

We are super excited to see everyone back at Swish, and we realise this has been an incredibly stressful time for everyone, remember that we are all in this together - Please do not put any of our Team in a difficult position by asking them to trust you are vaccinated without proof.

We understand that the choice to get vaccinated or not is a personal one and we respect that. However, for us to do what we do best, we need to be open, and vaccinations are the legislated requirement for to us being able to open our doors. For all those choosing a different path, we acknowledge your choice, and we sincerely hope that when circumstances allow we can welcome you back to Swish Factory.
