+ Which is the right membership for me?

We have tried to put as much flexibility into our memberships to suit as many people as possible. Pricing is on an individual basis. We know it isn't always easy to get your mates to join you for a workout, so we want to make it affordable as possible for you to come and train by yourself, under the watchful eye of our coaches.

If you want to come in and put up hundreds of shots and work on your handles then the Session Packs are the best for you.

Class Packs are the best value for our younger members who are only interested in our after school and weekend classes.

+ But can I bring a friend?

You sure can! If you book a casual session or use one of your Session Pack credits bring your friend along and they can join in your session for free (not available to monthly members).

+ Do I need to book?

To guarantee a session we recommend that you book it first before arriving. Bookings are all done via the "Book" menu on our website, or via the Swish Factory app available in the Apple or Google stores.

+ What do I need to do when I get there?

Arrive a few minutes before your session starts. Check-in to your class at reception. And head into your session. Remember shooting sessions are for 60 mins duration (not 60 machines of machine time). Best to get here on time so you don't miss out on minutes when the next booking arrives.

+ Can I use the main court for my shooting session?

We run all of our clinics, classes and camps on the main court. However if it is free and you want to split your shooting session in half and have some time on the main court, then go for it.

+ I don't want to use a shooting station, I just want to shoot around

When the court is available we do allow open court sessions for $10 per hour for anyone that just wants to shoot around. Contact us to lock in a time.

+ Do you hire the main court?

Our court hireage fee is $140 p/hour. If you are a club or association and would like to commit to a long term booking then we can discuss a discounted rate.

+ Do you offer private coaching?

Individual and small group coaching is our specialty. Our male and female coaches have coached at the highest level and are capable of assisting with all parts of your game.
Private training sessions with our senior coaches begin at $50 for 30 minutes.

+ Can I bring my own coach?

No outside coaches or trainers are allowed to train members or other players in our facility.

+ Can I bring my own ball?

We have brand new Molten size 6 and size 7 balls, so you won't need to bring anything other than a drink bottle and a whole heap of intensity!

+ What about shoes?

Only non-marking shoes on the courts please. This goes for mum's and dad's watching too.
